If the quality of the print on your machine is poor, or there is no print at all, the below video walks you through how to improve the print.

The video was excellent, but my machine is still not printing after performing all the steps.

Please advise.

Hi SusanR,

 

If you are still having a poor print quality, or no print after following these tips, it would then be best to place a service request.
