Hi, could you tell me how to update my incorrect physical address that is on the PB website?
Every time I order new equipment, or an update disk is shipped to me, PB send it to another town.
I am told that PB has corrected it on their internal system, but the website will take longer.Has this happened to anyone else?

Wayne,
When you log into your account on the PB homepage, click on the Support tab. On the right-hand side of the page is a little box labeled Account/Invoice. One of the options listed in the box is Submit Address Change. I have not used this option myself, but it is the only solution I can find, so I hope it will solve your problem. However, I do like Scott's solution. ![]()
