We have had an ongoing issue with the local post office not wanting to scan the eRR envelopes into their system upon receipt.
Previously we depended on the post office to accomplish this task and fully 25% of the envelopes were never delivered or went missing and the only information available from PB website was that we had created the letter and uploaded the information but there was never any confirming info from the post office.
This issue has cost us customers.
We pay a lot of $$ for our PB equipment and this is an unworkable solution.
Thanks for your assistance and I look forward to getting this issue resolved. Apparently the problem is isolated to South Florida because other divisions in our company can rely on the USPS to do their job.
Thanks

I would recommend bringing this to the attention of the post master at your local post office, and reference section 503 (3.2.1) of the USPS Domestic Mail Manual, where it is written:
"Certified Mail service provides the sender with a mailing receipt and, upon request, electronic verification that an article was delivered or that a delivery attempt was made. Customers can retrieve the delivery status in three ways: (1) over the Internet at www.usps.com by entering the article number shown on the mailing receipt; (2) by telephone at 1-800-222-1811; or (3) by bulk electronic file transfer for mailers who provide an electronic manifest to the USPS. Certified Mail is dispatched and handled in transit as ordinary mail. Delivery of Certified Mail is subject to 508.1.0 and 508.2.0. No insurance coverage is provided. USPS maintains a record of delivery (which includes the recipient’s signature) for a specified period of time. Customers may obtain a delivery record by purchasing return receipt service. See 6.0 for details."
